Choose your equipment, dates and preferred pickup or delivery arrangement.

Wait for confirmation

WanderHub checks availability, confirms the price and sends the secure ID-submission instructions.

Secure the reservation

Submit two valid ID softcopies in advance and pay the 50% down payment. The ₱1,000 security deposit is due before release.

Frequently asked questions

Does sending this form confirm my booking?

No. WanderHub must first confirm equipment availability. A reservation is secured only after confirmation and the required 50% down payment.

When do I submit my IDs?

Softcopies of two valid IDs must be submitted in advance through the private submission instructions sent after the availability review. Do not post IDs in public messages or comments.

How much is the security deposit?

The fixed refundable security deposit is ₱1,000 and is required before the equipment is released, subject to the rental terms.

Where can I pick up the equipment?

Available pickup areas include MOA/Pasay and Venice Grand Canal/Taguig. Limited delivery may be arranged depending on location, availability and the quoted fee.

What happens if I return late?

The late fee is 10% of the daily rental rate per hour, capped at the equivalent of one additional rental day.
