A few useful details.
Can one creator cover both photos and video?
Yes, with a planned sequence and agreed priorities. Simultaneous moments may need additional crew. Tell us if you need continuous speeches, multiple rooms or every guest photographed so we can quote the right setup.
Are same-day edits or full-program recordings included?
Standard packages focus on selected event moments and the agreed edited deliverables. Same-day edits, livestreams and continuous full-program recordings are outside the standard scope.
How do printing and drone add-ons work?
Printing quantities, layout, power, table space and staffing are agreed in advance. Drone footage is conditional on permissions, weather and safe flight conditions, with any substitute or refund arrangement written in the quotation.
Can you cover a dark venue?
Share recent venue photos or a short lighting clip. We’ll assess the setup and discuss a lighting test or additional support. Our portfolio includes indoor event films and outdoor work; we can explain which samples are relevant to your venue.
How will I receive my files?
We deliver through a private download link. Edited packages include one consolidated revision round, requested within seven calendar days. Download your files within 30 days of delivery and keep your own backup.
